Google Workspace Consent Forms

In order for a student to gain access, a parent or guardian will be required to fill out the Google Workspace Consent Form. When it is filled out, please return the signed copy to the teacher, who will then send it over to their respective office reps. From there, the forms will be processed, verifying consent and activating YouTube access for the student. Parents/Guardians may also go to the Parent Portal and complete the consent forms there.
