January was a busy and exciting month at Golden Heart Ranch! We kicked off the Healthy Messages curriculum, designed specifically for our Ranchers to encourage drinking more water and staying active in fun, meaningful ways. Our Friday theme of Nostalgia took us on some memorable adventures, including visits to Valley Relics Museum, the Mustang Museum, Route 66 Diner, and the Neon Arcade. We also continued our Wednesday community outings, exploring new and unique places like Bubble Planet, Zander’s Game House, Sky Zone, and Madame Tussauds. Back at the Ranch, our days were filled with hands-on activities such as cooking, gardening, animal care, dancing with Nancy, and relaxing yoga sessions with Kym.
